Mail
I tried searching with a few different keywords, but nothing came up. Bottom line is: is it safe to mail airsoft parts with Canada Post? Specifically, a silencer. I wouldn't be worried about scopes or mags or whatever.

As long as it's being shipped within Canada you are all good. If it's being shipped from outside the country then you may run into some problems. Although the problems wouldn't be from CP, it'd be from the CBSA.

Even though their not supposed to ask, if they do (usually when shipping a gun) if they ask you whats inside of it, just avoid any long-winded explanations and say its an "instrument" or "hobby parts" because your not lying when saying that.

I had "toys" on the shipping manifest before. Keep in mind that it's also a felony to open other people mail except in certain circumstances (ie. Police have a Warrant, or you haven't picked up your package for X number of months and it can't be returned or there's no return address or something).
Just don't lie if they ask you what it is. Just say it's "private" or "toys" or "models".

Then you would just be charged with sexual assault.

Well, I'm back again. This time I'm wondering, what service do you folks use to mail AEGs? And I mean with the original manufacturer box and all. Putting an address on a box that has a giant picture of an assault rifle of it seems like a bad idea.

If you're using the original box, just wrap it up.

A common practice is to take the box top and turn it inside out and then tape it back together at the corners. After that you can simply wrap it in plain brown packaging paper, address it and send it on its way.
