Camo challenge.

Ello ello airsofters. I have a wonderance today and I'm hoping some of you veterans can help. How well does flecktarn and CADPAT blend together? I know it sounds odd but I have seen both and I like both but I can't afford two full setups right away.

I would prefer to see some pictures of various combinations. CADPAT pants and Flecktarn shirt. CADPAT shirt and flecktarn vest. I have seen OD vests blend well will CADPAT shirts and visa vera so it got me thinking.

Generally people don't mix/match camouflages because it can make identification confusing. And personally, a cadpat/fleck mix would look really, really awkward. lol

Agreed, it would be pretty ugly and look very unprofessional

Why don't you just use OD? Simple and works in many scenarios.

mixing a solid colour with a cam isnt that bad, but mixing two different camo's is super ugly. I've only seen iw wok with desert dpm pants and woodland dpm top

If you can't afford both, why not get one at a time instead of that bastard-child of a CADtarn horror?

Some folks do advocate mixing tops and bottoms since it means instead of one big same blob you have two smaller different blobs. A big part of this is trying to hide your shape.

If you're in trees with snow on the ground you can wear white pants and a green top. If you are somewhere arid you can mix a couple of the popular desert patterns.

If you were in a very green area with some leafy trees and light shining through them onto the forest floor maybe a set of CADPAT pants and Fleck top would work for you.

You'll have to spend some time where you are and be ready for raised eyebrows at the miss-match. If no one ever sees you as you knock them out of the game though it'll pay off.

DPM smock and Multicam bottoms looks pro.

There are a number of pictures in A-Stan of Brit troops with mixed camouflage.

Currently, the team I am working on right now are trying to do OD bottoms with a Fleck top for one of our patterns. (We're also trying to go for a full Coyote brown BDU set. They're hard to come by though)

OD pants and Flecktarn shirt is not bad, I wore that for a few games until I found Fleck pants.

I have a Flecktarn Chest Rig and a Flectarn PASGT Helmet cover. It actually goes quite well with my MARPAT pants and coat. (MARPAT colors are similar to flecktarn.)
