Silencer for my MP5? (No threading?)

Hey guys. My TM MP5 that I purchased today does not have a threaded barrel end.

Is there a silencer or conversion kit? (Conversion kit meaning a kit that goes over the end that has a 14mm thread on it)?

I saw this one on ebairsoft: http://www.ebairsoft.com/mp5n-silencer-83mm-p-1260.html

Doesn't look like it'd fit my MP5's barrel, plus the fact that I don't think I could import a silencer.

Any tips?

any picture of the end of your barrel? because that is really odd for your gun not to have threads on the end of it. you may need to get another flash hider. as for where, I believe a few sites have mp5 silencers

hmm. To my knowledge no such adapter exist. You will more then likely need to buy a threaded flash hider. but that is truly strange.

The silencer you linked is a replacement for an MP5SD, not a regular MP5.

that thing is one piece, there's no threading, it's the original TM design.

You need an adapter.

Could someone link to me the aforementioned adapter for TM?

I have an SD model too, and I believe it doesn't screw off, its part of the outer barrel. To make it a normal MP5 you need a complete new front set. Then you can get a silencer

that is one solid piece held in by a small machine screw underneath the hand guard. see pictures, you will need to remove the whole flash hider in order to put on the adapter or new threaded flash hider

First of all he doesn't have an SD.
Secondly you can find those adapters easily. It replaces the three lug barrel end with a threaded end.

Ahh, i see. I have removed the whole flashhider. (Comes off when you take off what seems to be that loopy circular shaped sling-esque screw.).

Where can I buy a metal onepeice flashhider with 14mm threading to replace the one I have to take off? (Since this is one peice, that means I'll have to replace the peice that comes off. The peice that comes off is a solid peice of metal that has the flashhider and frontsight on it.)

Don't know how old it is. Its been taken good care of. Heck, the front sight assembly is one peice that includes the flashider. Heck, it could have been replaced by a different branded one, since it is removable.

here is the adapter Link

and you could have just removed the flash hider itself with the little screw at the bottom
