worth investing? SRC

Hi there,

I was wondering if its worth investing my money in the SRC Gen 3 gun ive heard alot of things and im really confused wether its worth the investment. im perticularly interested in getting the M4, or am i better off saving my money and purchasing a gun from TM, or CA to name a few. Any help would be great im just starting out in airsoft** ive been out to one game at CQB and it was an amazing experiance . I want my investment to be well spent and worth it. I will be playing mainly outdoors if that helps?

cheers
Mike

I have heard and read that they are higher quality guns. I know there is a few threads already open on this. They are in this section *newbie tank* probably near the bottom if not a few pages over.

I know Ken tries to bring in high quality items, and he has excellent customer service. I am sure if you can't find information that you want on his website he would be happy to offer it to you or a source of it.

Airsoft guns are a disposable toy. They're a hole in the woods you throw money into, and you'll never ever get that money back. If you're looking at an airsoft gun as an investment, be prepared to lose money. Lots of it. Almost all airsoft guns require routine maintenance, has some internal parts that are prone to breaking, and most need a little extra "work" done to them to increase long-term reliability.

That said, the newest generation of SRC guns are pretty good internally. I personally stick to tried-and-true brands, and mostly Japanese brands at that, but SRC is a pretty good buy.

They are beautiful guns internally as well as externally and are superior to other cansoft brands in many different aspects.
