Orange Tip
So, as you guys have seen from my pictures, my airsoft gun has an orange tip on it. I recently just found out that inside my box for the airsoft gun, there is a metal tip to replace the orange tip that is on the end of my gun, but as I have tried to remove it with my hands, I was unable to take the orange tip off, is there a certain way that I have to remove the orange tip? And how does this metal part go?

Look around it, see if you can find a grub screw on the flash hider. Loosen that (Most likely with an allen key) and you should be able to twist it off.
If that doesn't work. Make sure you're not twisting the wrong way. Some threads have + or - threads. Aaaaand if that doesn't work. Check the thread direction on it (Google your gun and see if you can find its thread direction) and just grab it as firm as you can and muscle it off I guess. |

well sometimes the tip has a screw in it that stops it from roatating, look the whole flashhider over and see if theres anything that looks like a allen key might fit into, if there is grab a key and remove the little screw this should make it easier to remove.
or your gun is a Classic army right? apparently they use a rediculous glue on them. boil water and dunk the tip in. then un screw ======================================== as for installing the new metal flash hider its as easy as screwing it into place and then if theres one of those screws tightening that |

I have some water boiling, how long should I put the orange tip of my Classic Army in the boiling water to make it easier to come off?

I didn't even heat up the glue on my CA, just used a wrench.

Yes that is the sling that came with it. I want to get one of the three point Tactical slings for it. This sling is a pain in the derriere

But Gmoney's manly hairy arms make you badass when you carry your m4 around instead of a sling :P
