To anyone who may have stuff at my place...listen up!

NOTE TO GUYS WHO HAVE ABANDONED SH*T AT MY WORKSHOP....

My workshop is not an extra storage locker for you.

You have until 10pm Nov 10th 2009 to contact me and make arrangements to pickup your stuff...then they will be added to the stuff I have for sale and sold off.

Nov 11th onwards, you will not have any retroactive claim to any remaining items or monies collected for them. You have forfeited any claims by abandoning your stuff at my place for many weeks/months and making no efforts to retrieve them.

If they do not sell...they will be given away. If no-one wants them, they're going to be disposed of.

If we have made firm arrangements otherwise...that's fine. But you'd better check in before Nov 10th because it's getting hard to tell who stuff is what.

I am rebuilding my workshop and all the stuff has to go one way or another.

Thank you,

Tys

Double dibs on freebies, too~

Though, man. I know how annoying this can be. I've got freinds that have been storing their shit in our garage for the past year (Initially, they had a reason as they were moving... But the stuff is still there despite their household being all arranged and good to go. Always "I'll get it next week, I still have stuff to take care of")

So, whoever has stuff at his place. Seriously, take it back. :|

That's not much notice. Is that even legal? Did you give notice when you took their guns/equipment in that they would have x amount of time to pick their stuff up or it would be forfeited?

Also dibs on freebies. Willing to pay for shipping.

However something that worries me is what happens if the person in question hasn't logged in for 2 weeks and is just too busy with other stuff (like a baby or getting engaged)?

(PS: I need V3 stuff so if there are any freebie V3 parts I'll take em off your hand)

LOL Funny as hell...but perfectly justified and reasonable.

As he said - his place is not a storage locker.

I thought about that as well...

Seeing as some of this stuff has been left with me from anywhere between 1-3+ months (I have shit left at my place since January)...and since I have (I think without fail) spoken/PM'd/E-mailed each person well before now about their stuff...yeah, I feel that I'm entitled to do whatever I want with it.

I bend over backwards all the time....but I am not chasing people around and rescheduling my life to suit their schedules of convenience for this type of stuff.

One of the items is a 5w radio and headset (nice)...I've had it since one of my first CQB games in the spring...the owner knew that I had it right away afterwards...I still have it...spoke to him last week about it...I still have it...
.....and if my own f*cking teammate doesn't come get it I'm going to sell it!
...move your ass T_A_N_K!!! HAHAHAHHAHAHA

Same with a smart charger....

Same with a ELCAN...

Same with a gun case...

Same with a full box of original parts from a complete rebuild...

Same with some gear...

I've got a misc box full of brand new Hicapa parts...don't even remember whose it is...it's been reshelved/organized in my house for so long.

AND MORE

Same with a $400+ complete Systema Magnum mechbox/motor set.... (just kidding Jay )

***these are just the misc parts/stuff that's been left at my place....it does not cover the AEGs/GBBs... But those guys are on notice already and if they don't sort out their end of things...they're going to get posted up too.

PLEASE NOTE:

This message is not intended for guys who have ongoing repairs/arrangements with me. This is meant for the delinquints who have abandoned things with me for extended periods of time.

I want to rebuild my workshop...and I'm starting next week.

It complicated i've had bone head leave music gear at my house they have 30 days to pick it up once notified. you have the choice of keeping selling orthrowing out keeping and throwing out you dont have to pay them but selling within six month they can come an claim the money nothing wrong with throwing them out and having your friend sell them and giving you money though : )

Man wtf is with all the damn freeloaders?!? If you don't have stuff at Tyson's place then don't post, especially if you're going ask for scraps. The first posts were funny, now it's just sad.

Asked and answered already.

I'm not such an ass to just wantonly sell off other people's stuff that they may have stashed at my place for a week.

This is Last Notice...as public as I can reasonably make it...to the persons who have left things behind for MONTHS. Each person has been contacted (not just a single message/PM...but actually spoken to) long ago.

I will not run over to their houses and drive all over the GTA getting their stuff back to them.

It's really not piles of stuff...but combined it's probably worth several hundreds of dollars. Amazing that guys will just leave stuff like that, never to claim it.

Maybe I seem like an ass for posting this...but these guys need a kick in theirs to get it in gear.
