Carrying multiple secondaries
For you guys that carry two or more secondaries on the field, I was just wondering where you're holstering them.
I currently carry two pistols in spare mag/radio pouches, but I want to end up getting the appropriate holsters for them. Just thought I'd get some ideas from how you guys set up your rig. I'm not a huge fan of drop leg rigs, so I'm looking to see how I can get both comfortably on an RRV rig or seeing if it's better to get them on my hip with a MBSS type rig. Thanks. |

I ran 2 secondaries a couple weeks back just for fun. My universal chest rig has a holster on my right that fit my hi capa perfectly and my glock17 in my drop leg also on my right. Problem with this set up was that I couldn't dual wield if I wanted to.
I'm planning a MOLLE vest to have a holster on my right, just above my hip angled to allow my left to reach. Be warned though that not all hosts allow dual pistols though I'm not sure if thats only the case here.

Just get lots of holsters and change weapons instead of mags.

I run dual sholder holsters holding a hi capa and a glock soon to be two hi capas as u can see in the pic or maybe cant see. I baught a molle type vest with no pouches and the holsters strap right onto the vest which makes for firm and smooth holstering and unholstering. Sounds corny but just like in the movies.

I run 4 pistols and Duckman sometimes runs 6. lol
2 x G17's on my belt on my back or sometimes to the sides when I wear the dual wield mag holder. Yes, hands free dual wield reload sytem custom made by Duckman. 1 x MK23 Socom on a drop leg 1x P14 either in a mag pouch or slipped in between my vest and chest accessed through the arm hole. edit: if the scabbard is mounted on the vest, the m500 is technically a secondary too. so make that 5! hahaha Last edited by coach; November 4th, 2009 at 21:55.. |

I'm running a USP compact (less lethal) in a Serpa molle adapter on my vest and a Wilson CQB Elite in a 6004 on my thigh.
It's good times. |

Dual wielding is only useful in indoor. I've attempted it several times in outdoor play and it really just isn't useful :P. But damn is it ever fun.

Ive ran with an MP7 in a drop leg, my M9 in a hip holster, and a g18 on a chest holster.
It was...awkward.

I have a concealed holster on my back on my belt Holds my Full Auto 18c, and on my hip, a covered officer's holster for my 4.3
I dont run anything on my legs, Drop legs (for me) hinder my movement. But thats my personal choice.
