Ways to identify knife.

My pop gave me a folding knife last year and I really like i. I was wondering if its possible to identify which company makes a blade by the markings on it? I would like to see what else the company that made this has to offer.

The blade is 3" long, on one side at the bottom of the blade it is says stainless rostfrei (pretty sure thats rust free). On the reverse side it says ESP, then under that K&R.

German or other by the rostfrei (yes, means rust free or stainless).

As funny as it sounds, Ebay is actually a useful search engine for identifying old trinkets. I was able to ID a compass given to me by my mom after my grandmother died, was a good luck charm for my great grandfather in WW1, who then gave it to my grandfather when he went off to service in WW2.............. both lived to tell the tale, and I got it, an old engineers compass, and I learned more about it by searching on Ebay and finding the same type/model.
