sling for a shotgun setup?
I hope I don't open the flame flood gates... but I'm asking ASC's opinion for this set up..
m3 short nose shotgun with an adjustable stock. basically I'm looking for my options slingwise which will basically make the shotgun fall to my 'weak' side when I let go/drop it, to clearly draw and use my Glock 18 sidearm. this setup is multi scenerio ... but will be my primary weekend woodland skirmish 'fun' setup .. so being able to switch back and forth from the shotgun to the glock quickly and fluidly is key too. thank you for your input

bingo. I've been trying out different mounting options and for a shotty with collapsing stock a single point bungee loop works great. I got mine from either airsoftparts or cp gear can't remember.

would it wokr better if you let it fall to your right side if your shooting right handed or is that just your personal preference?

EDIT: I should say what I mean by the way mine is set up, the shotgun is slung grip forward in a crossdraw set up the way I wear it, so it is easy access yet out of the way of my sidearm. Last edited by CDN_Stalker; November 9th, 2009 at 18:23.. |
