mechbox jammed up

I have been trying for 12 and a half hours to get my ak together and it seems like one problem after another, however i finally am almost done but have a problem i cant solve.
I have already searched alot and find people with the same problem but the solutions dont work for me.
so this is it.
the gun makes a clicking noise when fired like the whole thing is jammed and will pull the piston back but not release it or not pull it back at all, like poor shimming or bad motor, however i am using all new parts.
- mauri eg1000 motor, have tried it off the gun and it works fine, tried switching polarity to no avail as well.
The cylinder set is JBU but looks just like my old parts only in metal so i dont know how this could be a problem.
- the gears are systema ones not sure if there torque ups, they came with an mp5 that was upgraded from redwolf.
- the spring is an m120 the same i had in my mp5 which could handle it easy.
before you ask yes my battery is charged i tried 4 different ones and even charged one just to make sure.

Check your motor height.
Check your anti-reversal latch.
Check that your gears move freely.
Check your shimming.

Is the trigger actually clicking or do you know that the piston is back all the way and stuck?

If the trigger is clicking, then one of the screws is too tight on the side of the gearbox or your trigger assembly has problems.

If it sounds like the piston is compressed but cannot go back any further and the motor is struggling - your battery is too weak for that spring or the gear ratio or the motor combo. What batteries have you tried?

You can't have screws too tight on a mechbox so it wouldn't be that. What kind of batteries did you try? (mAh, voltage, and small or large cells?)

You can on V3 mechboxes, there's one screw that will interfere with the trigger if in too tight...but sorry I was thinking G36 and not AK-47. That screw doesn't exist on AK-47.

I've tried 8.4v 2000 mah large 3 of those and an 8.4 1200 mah small.
nothing works. however my friend pulled it apart while i was sleeping and changed the cylinder and piston to the old ones and its firing, he also filed something on my trigger down so im going to check it out now.
note that i had tried it with the original piston before and it didnt fire.

edit: just got home from work but its firing and the only thing i can think is all my batteries died at the same time or the cylinder was a problem, it was like a milimeter too big but im not sure if this would do anything? now its using the original one and works fine.

well as life has it, obviously it just stops working and has reverted to that motor clicking but not being able to turn the gears and the wires get hot.
i fired maybe 100-150 rounds and it did this.
also mid game my mp5 stopped working and did the same thing what causes this? im very frustrated as it makes no sense, any suggestions?
