ZF41 Anyone know where to find?

I've been digging on google vigorously and so far I cant find any place or anyone that sells ZF41 Scope. All the Tanaka ones retailers are sold out, all the mis-spec repro are way out of my budget ($800USD and may be subject to ITAR)
has anyone found or know places that sells ZF41 below $150?

Just an Update in case people didnt notice, Redwolf has the Tanaka ZF41 INSTOCK its $109USD
