Isn't that the sets of combats that were made in different colors? They did black, green, tan and all sorts of stuff.

The color from the photo might be fooling me, but if I was going to guess I'd say that looks a lot like my pair of "Brown ERDL" pants.
An example from Henrik Clausen's collection - That would be American, though, so I'm afraid that probably doesn't help much.

The cut of the pants is Canadian combats.
The pattern is RDF. ( rapid deployment force) RDF is the successor to ERDL and the precursor to M83(?) Woodland. Mid to late 1970s Yep, American Marines
