Clear bodies?

I'm not really a noob, just not familiar with laws and other things in Canada

Do all guns need to have a clear part on them?

and are there any good airsoft stores near downtown toronto?

and also, i am having trouble finding anything other than G&G and ICS AEGs

I want to be able to buy TM or CA, or possibly JG

Get age verified and you'll have access to all sorts of all black guns for sale on these forums. Technically clear bodied gun are the only ones legal to buy in canada but full black and full metal AEGs ARE VERY available. But they generally cost more due to them being much more difficult to import(the black ones that is).

I'm going to assume this is your first gun, and just give you a tip. While its great to buy the gun of your dreams right away, there are more important issues with airsoft guns than appearance alone. You have to think more towards quality of the internal parts, such as the mechbox internals, the quality and most of all durability of the body of the gun, etc, etc, etc. Think about it. You're looking for a durable gun that you can learn to play with. You want something that will be reliable, dependable and resistant to the bumps and scrapes of playing Airsoft.

What it comes down to: Would you rather have a beautiful gun, that can't hit the mark 30 yards out, or a gun that might not be as pretty, but its a beast when it comes to fielding during an airsoft game?

Buy the unique gun as your second gun.

your first gun should be an m4 .. common as dirt, so there are lots around to be picked up cheap. also magazines are cheap .. with lots of options. loads of accessories available. and if it breaks lots of people around to help you fix it.
in addition.. the most commonly available gear is made for M4 mags.

many new players want something unique to stand out from the crowd.. but really its better to have a common gun.. and have your skill stand out from the crowd.

I 1/2 agree with everybody about what your first gun should be. They are all right that you should get something common and cheap/easy to find mags for. But I'd say go with a cheapish armalight OR Ak (most cheap brands do only those 2 right) also would be best for a first gun to be an intermediate length such as an M4 (14" barrel) or a standard AK. Second gun be more picky about the model you like and length you'd prefer.

Your first gun? You should be able to pick out your first gun at your first game you attend. Deciding on the feel and if you are comfortable to work with the weapon.
After that, you can later narrow down the choices from the amount of money you are willing to spend. That will be your first gun. And if the gun is too unique, you probably cannot work with the gun on the field properly. Like an AK SVD.

my suggestion is go to place where they has airsoft game with rental. And try different guns and different roles to see which u like best.

Look to be honest, i have been played before and owned a gun before, I had a P90 that honestly had so many different mods, it was just way over the top, but i enjoyed it and had fun with it and it owned on the field, but my favorite thing to use was my dual KJ rugers, soo fun

(anyone know where to find a pair of those here?)

anyway, I'm like the fact that the m4 has so many options/parts, but maybe something almost as common, just a bit different, b/c i really dont like the m4's style, i was thinking maybe G3, but which one i'm not sure SAS maybe? or the full size one? i like those two, wats ur input on these?
