Thumbs down cobraairsoft.com Bad Mojo on you.

No parts for me I guess. 4 months since they said they would replace the bad parts. Still nothing.
Here are the last two communications to me from cobraairsoft.com
After telling me they would replace some defective parts, and telling me they are looking for/0rdering the parts. I have yet to receive the parts, or hear from cobraairsoft.com Since their last contact to me, I have emailed them numerous times, with no reply, to try and resolve this issue. They stretched me past the 45 days to get a refund through Paypal. Thus screwing me for the $150.US to replace the parts.
I am putting this out here, to let everyone know my experience with their customer service. And to be forewarned if/when dealing with cobraairsoft.com

Dear Rxxxxx

we will find replacement for the piston and the gear
after finding the replacement, we will have it sent to you via airmail

best regards
Paul

Dear Rxxxxx

we are already ordering the piston and the gears
since have to pre-order from the manufacturer, so it will take longer time

best regards
Paul

I heard this story in person. Sucks. Iron might have been slightly intoxicated at the time though
