Full Face Plastic Mask from Ehobby
http://www.airsoftcanada.com/showthread.php?t=74786
what do you guys think? I'm buying one, I'll write a review. I'll be wearing it with Bolle goggles, it's probably lower quality but looks fun nevertheless: I'll paint it pink, chrome, gold, and then I'll probably end up drawing a ***** on it. and using it also. here is the real deal: http://www.securityprousa.com/tabaleiiima.html

I look forward to your review. My whole part of not buying it is if it will fog up my goggles

Meh, I don't think goggles will fit on those, the face looks too flat and too wide for goggles to fit on properly.
I guess it can still work though.. |

I was thinking of wearing the goggles underneath the mask...

Any updates so far?
I found a good combo would be those slim Polycarbonate glasses underneath and wearing that mask though I just wanted to know the breathability and fog factor of it. Those Daisy Polycarbonate C4 look good enough to fit underneath. While the shooting glasses from eHobby seem okay I shot it full auto and it left some marks but did not crack |

Soo
I juste received it 5 minutes ago: the package is clean -it's very heavy plastic.it looks satisfyingly good. -it is hard and feels like metal. -the color is a bit off.Although on these pics it looks like a genuine OD, in real life it looks more like dark forest green, with some blue in it.Spray pain will happen. the insides here is what you get. Do you like Lego? each of these items seem to be of decent quality, and the straps look strong enough. Foam pads are covered with fabric. I have a big jaw and a big cranium, and the mask sits perfectly, I don't have much to compare it to though. roomy enough. My glasses fit underneath, so do my bolle T800 Apparently it is possible to wear goggles over the mask or underneath it, as you wish. However the mask's curve doesn't fit exactly my goggles if I choose to wear them outside, since the mask is wider than a human face. Also I believe it will accept a pretty big nose, to some extent So far I'm quite satisfied for the price. It really feels heavy and solid. Now I have to mount those straps ... more testing later!

Goggles under or over, IMO, will fog pretty badly.
And under... I'm pretty sure it won't work.

of course it fogs up!
I cover all my lenses with a thick layer of dishwashing soap and always wear something on the forehead to prevent sweat going down my face so I get zero fog. it works for me with the goggles underneath, however you gotta keep the strap tension super low to remain comfortable.

I tried with just the goggles' lens held by the pads, it works, but leaves enough space on the side of my face to allow bbs to come in, so I'll be going with full goggles underneath the mask.
I have installed the pads and I must say I'm not done with moving them around to get a better result... the straps and metalworks are chinese crap, but it looks tough enough for the job. I predict a change of straps or some maintenance required on them after six months max.

here is the setup that works for me.
my constraints were: -the goggles sit on my glasses and push on my nose no matter what: therefore the mask can NOT sit on the goggles ( it hurts) , it needs to sit on my face. -I want to be able to remove the mask and go without it, so no hybrid option is considered yet.Plus the mask+lens option doesn't cover safely/enough the face. 1. I removed the two median straps to get less overall pressure.the mask still sits satisfyingly. 2. I cuttered and positionned the padding so that it fits around the goggles on 2 layers instead of one: this makes it sit on my face, and also prevents it from sliding upwards. keep in mind that I wear a shemag around my forehead to block the sweat: the mask also sits on it. Now that it's playable, I am thinking about painting it. Also drilling holes in it to breathe, maybe.
