Is taking care of a Glock 18C really that bad?

Hey there. I've been looking at a KWA Glock 18C for awhile and I heard that Glock 18C's are really heavy maintenance. I watched this video by McLovin It doesn't seem to be that bad to maintain. Is the procedure shown in the video all thats required?
Thanks.

That's just basic maintenance for any GBB, really.

It's not really that different than any other GBB. Just a few more parts.

The worst I got from my KSC 18c was a speck of sand under the selector switch. Not that bad...
