eHobby shipping price shift...in a few seconds?!?!

I places a small order with eHobby, I got a shipping quote of $35 regular plus $4 for express. I did a few changes, removing a few items then suddenly the price for shipping went for $44 regular, $48 express. I didn't change anything in shipping other then removing a couple of WE 1911 mags so wtf?!?!

I just figured ah fuck it so I placed the order and now the I'm paying $42 for express shipping. Anyone else get this when ordering off eHobby? I got an EA G36 long handguard with rail mounts, some BBs, and an 8.4v 1600mah Intellect mini battery coming in.

I was going to make an order with Solen Electronique a while back and the next day some of their prices went insane, one item from $389 jumped to $457 because of "fuel costs" and even though the price of gas is now down they have not lowered their prices. Screw them their cheats.

Ehobby has always raped the customer on shipping, best thing to do is try to get a local group order ( your local team/club ) and get a few of the guys/gals in on it and spread the shipping out.

Don't order off the Ehobby storefront. If you're only ordering a few items, order off their Ebay store.

I've placed quite a few orders with eHobby, always had good prices & service. Some of the prices on their website/storefront have the wrong shipping prices for Canada (i.e., Regular shipping doesn't show up for some reason). If that's the case, contact them and ask them to update the price.

I doubt I'll be doing much ordering from eHobby, but I couldn't find anyone else with that handguard other then eHobby. I'm trying to restrict my ordering to Redwolf if possible.

You get a discount if you go to their store.. Holiday savings..

Also, I saved 2$ more from the store than on ebay..

Weird..

I've placed one order through ehobby so far, through their storefront. Their shipping is pretty ebay like (slow). Item arrived in 2 weeks ish. I have placed several orders with UNCOMPANY and just recently Redwolf and got my items very quick, usually within a week of ordering the item, this is with customs and the christmas rush.

That's because Redwolf and UNC use EMS while Ehobby uses airmail.
I've always gotten my stuff within 7-10 business days of shipping from their Ebay store.

i was gonna get an ak beta off the site for a new ak project, but the shipping was 68 dollars for a 70 dollar gun which i thought was ridiculous and didnt buy it. instead i decided to put my money into an ics project i was already working on

dont have that problem when ordering gearbox parts but i suppose that is because theyre tiny things and easier to ship

and yea ive also noticed that their ebay prices are better, but they never seem to have that great of a selection on their ebay store since they got their website
