I was a a sailing regatta a couple weeks ago where a guys was wearing those. For water sports it is actually quite handy to be able to use your toes to grip.

Those look fun.
What about people whose second toe is longer than there big toe though? They may find it a little uncomfturble, however Im sure there is some stretch to the material. But what about people like me? Who dont have 5 toes on one foot. Its wierd slightly strange, I dont wanna get it into but I kinda sorta have 4 toes....or 6 if you...ah never mind Im not getting into it.

MEC has had'em for awhile. So have many other outdoor stores, though availability this time of year may be a problem.
Link: http://search.mec.ca/?N=10&Ntt=Five+...=1227500000825 I've used them kayaking for hours on end and they're excellent. 'Fly

Those thing would be dangerous to wear on the field both outside and inside. Especially at the Beauharnois field.
I made a small cut in the nomex/gortex material of my boots, exacly where on these shost would be soft material near the skin.
