Revolver 24-shot... thingy.
Now I have no clue what to call this thing, but if I had to call it anything it'd be a revolver magazine. You see, I kind of want to make my revolver more gameable and six shots just isn't going to do it.
The item in question is a 24-shot magzine that replaces the shells in your standard HFC .44 Savaging bull. My question is: does anyone have experience with these things, and-more importantly-is there anywhere in canada I can get one (or two)? I found the item on speedytoyz here: http://www.speedytoys.com/shop/item.asp?itemid=243 but you can imagine how much of a pain it would be having to shell out shipping across the border for a couple of $10 item (not to mention I'm not sure I trust speedytoyz) Before somone asks yes I did do an extensive search, not even redwolf or WGC have them and even if they did it'd be a bigger pain than shipping from the 'States.

There are other revolvers that use similar systems (the ones that don't use shells). Dunno how well these drop-in replacements work, based on reviews it only works in Double Action though. But honestly I find it defeats the purpose of a revolver the same way a bolt action machinegun would.
You may want to check if your shells are compatible with any real steel speedloaders. Review here: http://www.airsoftretreat.com/features/reviews/hfc357/

Speedy Toys is okay but yes sadly you will have to dole out the cash to get them
REMEMBER to tell them to label it as "Plastic Cylinder" cause thats what it really is but sometimes they label it "Revolver Magazine" which gets you taxed not seized but taxed. The limitation to the 24 rounder is that I think there are some inconsistent shots But the guns is fun in CQB |

I've ordered from SpeedyToys, they only shipped to Canada via UPS, which is double rape; overpriced slow-as-shit shipping (the ground option they use is no faster than USPS), and excessive "customs brokerage" fees at the border.

Well that answeres a few of my questions but before I am forced to order from the states (and pay twice what the item costs for shipping alone) does anyone know anywhere in canada that sells these? I'll post in the wanted section as well, but I doubt anyone who owns one already is gonna sell them.

I tried high and low but no buddy sells it unfortunately
You can try this, but they are the shells only, those look pretty much like the HFC ones anyway, and shipping is not rape on ehobby http://cgi.ebay.com/BELL-SHELL-718-M...QQcmdZViewItem |
