Permit/Impotation
My friend is saying if you get a gun permit or a permit from the canadian border you can import airsoft guns. I said Bull, because there restricted items, i've herd differnent things about ths subject i just need to know the down right truth.

You need a Business Firearms License.
CFO's don't hand them out easily. |

Then you need a permit to import prohibited devices. Good luck with that one. Have better luck winning the lotto.
Oh, and you have to have a legit business going before all of this. Then, to get the BFL, you'll have to have all the security safeguards in place before you apply for your license and be ready for the RCMP to come by and do an inspection to ensure you're in compliance. That means a secured vault for storage, alarm system, criminal record checks, etc., etc., etc. Last I heard, the application cost of a BFL was +$2500.00, non refundable. And if you somehow manyage to get all of this (hey, even the sun shines on a dogs ass some days), you would be subject to a miriade of restrictions on what you can import and how many. Not to mention, you wouldn't be allowed to sell retail as per your permit. Oh, yeah and customs can (and will) still seize shipments because, well, they can! Enjoy.
