MP5 w/ ACOG 4X

Anyone have a picture of an MP5 (any variant) with an ACOG on it??

I'm pretty blind with my aimpoint... would like some sort of magnification.

Possibility; if your rail is long enough, you MIGHT be able to mount an aimpoint and a 3x magnifier on a quick flip mount.

might try this out next season, prob will use a cantilever mount to give some more room on the rail.

if anyone has done this i'd be interested in some pics!

ZOMG WTF? STFU n00b lol snap

parallax has nothing to do with the gun it's mounted on.

The only way that would be possible would be to get a MP5 claw mount, and then a rail riser with the appropriate length. Seeing as standard claw mounts have 2 1/2" of rail(mine does), its just long enough for a nice reflex sight.
If you really do desire an ACOG on it, it should fit on a claw mount.

Both will work and both are in stock at WGC. I have the first one there and it works awesome. I use a holosight on my MP5 and its good and solid on there. While claw will work to secure the optic, it places it FAR to high for anyone to really use it effectively.

An RDS 1x ACOG clone would probably be more suitable for that gun if you like it with the ACOG look and looking to use it in CQB. I don't care for it myself.

However, an MP5 is only a CQB weapon in real steel. In airsoft, a well upgraded MP5 with an extended barrel hidden by a suppressor makes a very viable outdoor gun that can perform every bit as well as an AK or Armalite. Hell, my stock custom MP5 has a standard length barrel, and I was accurately tagging a tree with a 12" diameter trunk at about 125 feet away, making it a pretty decent choice for outdoors use. . So I can see a 4x optic actually being of practical use in an outdoors game, even though it's cosmetically questionable.
