Airsoft Paintball jersey (haha) Prototype :P

Based on everyone's feedback, here's the paintball jersey I'm trying to pawn off on you :P

First is compression gear in long sleeve and short sleeve. We already make this stuff for ice hockey. You can have a logo (roughly 3in x 3in) heat sealed onto it if you wish. It is also available in any camo pattern as long as you supply me the electronic file and reference for color. All samples will be returned undamaged and only for the purpose of color matching.

Second is a Crye/Massif type shirt. The difference is this is totally modular/customizable. We also currently do this for hockey jerseys so this is real simple to do. check out www.avidasportswear.com if you want more details.

You can select any type of material I have in stock: compression underarmour, vented mesh, drifit polyester and use it on any parts of the body.
Any colour or camouflage pattern on any part of the garment
velcro cuffs
sorry no pockets - will add too much to the cost of the garment
nylon reinforced elbow/forearm. This will be in a solid color in either gray, tan or olive
vented mesh armpits. For those authenticity buffs, you won't be able to see the mesh unless you surrender, haha
Mandarin collar with a velcro clasp to protect you from those neck shots. No zippers I'm not setup for it.
Neck has removable thin foam padding to disperse the energy from neck shots
Shoulder is one piece (no seams) and has optional padding that can be removed.

So that's it for now. Can have a prototype made up in two weeks based on feedback. All for the low price of $9.95 (you wish)

Looks interesting.
For me, if I was planning to wear this on the outside, I'd want a loose fit.
If using it for a base layer, then compression fit is probably more popular.
Good thinking on the reinforced forearms.

Looks good.

Something I thought about mentioning in your other thread.
I think this fits the gear section better.

If the Crye/Massif type shirt came in a good matching multicam I may get one if the price is right.

Yeah, that's not bad if it keeps to the traditional Crye-style cut (for the most part).

I'm aiming for the $40-50 range since we are talking about custom garments. Each one is custom made for the person so theoretically, if you wanted your team logo or name somewhere you could do it at no extra charge. The only part I need to figure out is the cost of the custom cut foam pieces and the nylon reinforcement.

Just forget the vented mesh printed in any camouflage patten on the torso & arms.

Maybe put the padding in the reinforced elbow-forearm insted of the shoulder & caller.

It looks good and alot of peeps like this style of shirt to give you an idea on watts hot in airsoft.

NO. That shit takes kills your rig chafing and helps with rucks. Not all of us are airsofters here. Some of us military types are looking for field kit here

It's the snag factor. That shit catches on everything. Maybe that under a mesh with large perforations?

I am on this like a fat kid on a smarty:

HOOK A BROTHER UP.

He said around 40 to 50 babies.

Woddland, Coyote Brown, OD green would be good pattern/colors to start with.

voila.

I'd be interested by an OD short sleeve underarmor to wear under my BDU to replace my old beaten cotton OD t-shirt.
