im looking to get a molle vest to set up to use with my g36c
this is what im looking at getting

Vests - PANTAC
PH-CG-VTC500-BKL
PANTAC Force Recon Vest Ver.L ( Black / L / Cordura )

just two questions

1 ive never used a pantac vest i just want to know if its any good as ive only
purchased one vest so far and it was a blackhawk.

2. will the m4/m16 mag pouches hold the g36 mag as well or do i need to get different ones . i looked for g36 mag pouches but got nothing im my search.

Well any vest is good. It just matters on how you run, and move with it on the field and such and that you're fully comfortable with it.

G36 mags will fit in the m4/m16 pouches.

Some people pay more for the quality, they don't like to cheap out and also for the realism.

I believe that 1 G36 mag fits in a double M4/16 witha little room to spare,
Not sure, but you might be able to fit 2 in a tripple

No, I'm not saying it's a cheap vest. The one you talked about is roughly 250$.

The Pantac vests are very good quality for a repro. Keep in mind the sizing of the vest though. I have 3 CIRAS vests, two from Huang, and a Pantac I picked up here in the classifieds. All are land versions.

My black Pantac and CB one from Huang are a size medium, while the OD one from Huang seems to be closer to a small. All of them fit well but the smaller OD CIRAS provides a bit less chest plate coverage, is a bit more snug, and has a little less leeway for larger adjustments. I'm 5'11" and 210lbs with a 45" chest (plus a slight beer gut) and the medium fits perfectly. I would only recommend a large if you're rather husky.

Unless you absolutely have your heart set on a black CIRAS I highly recommend the Coyote Brown one from Huang. While a Pantac is slightly better quality overall, you can't beat Huang's version for the price.

This statement is incorrect.

Not all vests are "good". In fact, *most* are absolute garbage, built with rediculously cheap materials, crappy stitching, and likely to fall apart.

Pantac is, frankly, an excellent product for the price.

If you're set on G36 pouches, TT makes them (among other manufacturers as well)

Pantac's cool for the fact that you can get some rigs that would literally cost you thousands of dollars in real life, and you can make some imitations for a little cheaper.

I would use the ak dbl's or single pouches to match up with the g36 mag.
That force recon vest is waaay too expensive even for pantac. They're starting to get too big for their britches methinks.

G36 mags are pretty hard to find, even for standard ones since they have the plastic bullets.. M4 mags are much more easier to buy and get.
It'll also save you much more money in the future from losing mags.

Found this on google if it might convince you.
