It's not the same thing.
The Bushnell one record the image trough the scope, or so it seems, reading the description. From the picture, I can't see how.

i don't think it records what the scope sees it just captures video at scope level

I think that means something like:
"The device is mounted and pointed with the scope so that it can record the same activity the shooter sees when they look through the riflescope." I don't think it actually co-witnesses through the scope optics. |

it records from above the scope. you can see the lense for the video camera. if it recorded through the scope it would cost a lot more
