Redwolf Airsoft Magpul Kit

From RedWolfAirsoft, "this set of MIAD Grips suits your M4 / M16 perfectly, featuring 2 stocks with 2 different style of the front-straps, 3 removable and replaceable back-straps: Small (B1), medium (B2), and large (B3) back-straps, a grip-end, and a trigger guard.

Easy to install, and to change the back-straps by just removing and installing the grip-end."

General news, its always wrong section anyways so :S

I want one of those for my PTW, but i heard 'horror' stories of how after modifications they don't work properly and you have problems with the motor... so i'm really not sure.

I have the dark earth kit sitting on my kitchen table right now.
Very nice feel. Solid and smooth, great texture.

I was worried about the solidity factor of it, thanks for letting me know it's solid T7. I think I'll order it after I get my M110 painted.

Examining both grips closly they are very thin, although the material appears to be durable. I cannot vouch for what would happen if the material was to be very cold and got hit hard. I could break. Im not saying it will though maybe its very durable material.

We have not gotten to the point of grip installation yet on Cushaks prowin build at this time. However I suspect we are going to require to perform some modifacation on the grip before it will mate properly with the mechbox and body.

HORROR STORIES??...I have yet to hear that one!!
I have the Real-Deal modified to fit my PTW with no problems or compromise to the structural rigidity of the MIAD grip!
Should one of these grips make their way into the hands of an "inexperienced" or self proclaimed "airsoft gunsmith" who THINKS he knows what he is about to undertake by modding it to fit his PTW then YEAH, there could be HORROR STORIES!
This grip feels great to me, I prefer it over the stocker on the PTW...way better texture resulting in a more secure & steady aim. Time will only tell how well it will hold up used and abused in gaming out in the fields.

YES...the RS MIAD grip will fit with some masterful skills and a dremel!
There is actually a step-by-step tutorial on the SYSTEMA FORUMS...If you own a PTW why don't you sign up for all the latest & greatest in the world of the PTW.
