Alligator clips. For Charging things without a proper adaptor. Just ignore it.

you've been answered.. if you dont have an adaptor or the battery has no clip, you just use those to charge it.

Not all batteries have tamiya connectors... some just have terminals.

The way i understand it is that the alligator clips go to something like a big battery and the port goes into you AEG battery thus charging it.
