Best "clearsoft" that sells to Canada?
So, I have come to a decision where I am going to buy a half decent AEG before I save up for a Brand name AEG (CA is what I really want). While surfing the web, I have come across a clear Ak-47 for a very good price. According to the description, it seems that this airsoft gun is perfect for a beginner and it looks like a quality made gun with good FPS and quality.
Any opinions or comments about this AEG would be greatly appreciated, good or bad Thanks http://www.airsocom.com/62008B4.html |

That's a Kraken, which you can buy from inside Canada. It's probably the best clearsoft you're going to get. There a tons of threads on ASC on it already, so I'm not going to elaborate here.
Your age is still very much a factor, just so you remember. I hope you're getting a parent onboard for this. Having a mom and/or dad that actually plays generally helps out a minor trying to get into the sport.

O I did not know it was a Kraken...There is many threads on them that can be of use to me. Thanks for the info Saint, once again. My parents are cool with airsoft, so I am looking forward to buying this gun. If I still have this gun once I am 18 and age verified, may I use at a airsoft event? If it's almost or even better than a TM, than I shouldn't see any problems bringing it. Would airsofters mind if I would bring a Kraken? I could always paint the clear parts black...once I'm 18

nobody would mind but you might want to think about painting it or getting a metal body kit.
+ The kraken is not now nor ever better than the TM, aftermath is a clone and it always will be. |

well all the videos I see on Youtube and what not show high powered AEG's...so I thought that If I brought my Kraken to a game when I am older, it would be embarrassing

if anybody laughs there laughing with you.. if your gun shoots hard and fast they won't be laughing when they are hit.
my buddy uses two clearsoft EBB's as side arms... you have to be paying attention to feel the hit from them, lol.
