BB Dribble
I have noticed sometimes that when firing my hfc m190,it
cycles but the BB rolls out,now once in awhile, some BB's will fall out when not firing, but 98% of the time they stay put.I have tried cold, warm and hot mags, all produce the same results.I know I am filling them right. |

I would assume your hop-up is turned off or is on a low setting. Typically the hop-up assembly is the only thing holding the chambered BB, so lack of resistance from the hop-up could just let your BB roll down the barrel.

But what about when I fire the gun and they roll out,one shot
after the other?. |

Most likely the same thing as the reply above. The burst of air is pushing a rolling BB(s) along through the barrel.

you might need to replace the hopup sleeve. Check it out. How is the amount of air coming out when it misfires? Does the kick feel the same?

It is a fixed hop up,a little rubber bump,do you replace the barrel to
fix this style of hop up?.I would like to get a high end barrel on this gun. |

If fixed hop up, your rubber is torn, period.
