M9 not fully cycling
Having an issue with the KSC M9 Elite GBB I recently picked up not fully cycling. Cant find a problem with the mags, and the only issue I can find is the slide valve has some wear towards the back, but nothing extraoridary. The gun is also missing the rear sights and right-hand safety. When fired, the slide moves about half way, but no farther: the gun has been tried with all of the mags and different gases. Anybody have any ideas what this could be? The only thing I have come up with is possibly the slide valve, but I'm not intimately familiar with M9s.

Not Eye Safe, Pretty Boy Maximus on the field take his picture!

Could be the recoil spring has worn out, but try putting light teflon grease on the ways the slide travels on. It could be simple friction causing the problem, but it sounds like the recoil spring to me.

Spring is fine, and I already tried lubing it. I'm planning on giving it a complete cleaning and such tomorrow after work, see if it makes any difference.
