CF gear question

So...today I found out that because of a hearing loss I didn't know I was born with, being a soldier, which has been my lifelong dream, is no longer a possibility. I figured airsoft was the next best thing.. I know where to get most of the gear, EXCEPT THE HELMET. I need to know where to find a CF Gallet helmet. Any ideas?

Gallet? thats just like the current issue one? any local army surplus should have some. you might want to try Ebay or Army Issue.

You might be happier with a replica. The real deal is annoyingly heavy, and they break easy if you don't take care of them.

+1 for a replica.

Unless you're in it to be realistic, I'd suggest a replica PASGT and then get something like the AERO suspension and straps. The real ones are gawdawful to wear for a long time

I wore mine for a game and found it really annoying to go prone with it on. Go for a replica if you actually plan to weir a helmet when your playing, the real deal is just not worth it.
