+1, support a member of ASC, plus you would get it faster, unless that 552 isnt in HK, plus you'll get impeccable service. He's new batch of 552 are ghost free.

Save your money! I have since returned the latest 552 from Huang because of adjustment issues in the vertical...New 552's on their way according to Huang.
Keep an eye out!

My KA Aimpoint Replica was perfect, right out of the box! Things a godsend, wouldn't change a thing about it, especially for the price! *shrugs* Just my opinion.

Do red dots ever work well in really bright sunlight?

My G&P red dot worked fine.
The last eo-tech clone I had, I couldn't even see the reticle on the brightest setting, unless I had my eye up to it and my hand on the other side. |

Same here. The 552 I got was bad. Optics were good and there was no ghosting at all, but the elevation adjustment was not adjustable at all due to an internal design flaw in the unit. I returned it to Huang and he'll be sending me one of the new working 552s when he gets it.

Well... I have no problem aiming at full sunlight with an Aimpoint. Just aim with both eyes open (as usual) and close the flip cover on the far end. You will see the dot perfectly and still have it on target. (Yay! RDS FTW!)
