Canadian Colour Laws
Do airsofts still have to be clear to be shipped to Canada? I read on Yahoo answers that they don't, but I came here to clarify that.

Any airsoft guns ordered from outside of Canada will be seized and destroyed.

Read the FAQ as step one, and as a general rule you shouldn't order from outside the country. As far as Clearsoft is concerned though i wouldn't know for sure, logic would state that it would be ok, but we all know that the CBSA personel don't use human logic, just the kind that they are spoon-fed in the labs where they are raised...somewhere in Northen Ontario according to folklore

That's what the people in my town use, and besides, I don't want to pay anything over $50 for an airsoft gun.

THe problem is, retailers in Canada don't generally jump through all the hoops in order to sell "bottom of the shit bin" crap...

Well for your price range, Canadian tire or Walmart might be better suited to your needs. Ive heard of a few outdoors shops that even stock some brands of airsoft guns for around 150ish-175ish, but thats essentially as low as it goes.
If your budget is 50 dollars, there is not much more in terms of hope I can offer you. Since it seems that you have demonstrated a slight understanding of how airsoft and our border laws works, allow me to put it this way. Since airsoft is quite a bit harder to get in Canada then it is the rest of the world, people tend to usually buy only the top brands of airsoft guns, Sytema, TM, CA, ICS and so on. As it stands for those few who posses the proper paper work to bring airsoft guns in, there are applicable taxes, fees, shipping costs, profit etc . Turning a simple 25 dollar gun such as the one you posted into something that would cost around 100 dollars instead.

Do BBs get seized, and do they still allow clear guns?
