Pistol Outer Barrels

Are outer barrels intended for use in Mauri gbb compatible with KSCs? I ask because I am currently looking to get another pistol and I want to be sure that I can get an outer barrel with a silencer adapter for it.

don't think so
I know for certain their beretta lines' barrels are incompatible

just compare exploded diagrams and you should see difference in designs

I think most are incompatible, if not all, as the hop-up/inner barrel assemblies dictates how the outer barrel sits, and KSC and Marui have completely different design for that....

Which gun you are you looking at exactly, maybe that can help us to give you some opinion as to what else to look for?

The guns I am looking at are the P226 or the USP. On further research on the P226 I found that WGC sells an upgraded Marui which would work well. The USP still looking at though.

EDIT: I was kind of trying to avoid turning this into a "help me choose" thread.

There are many aftermarket TM 226 outer barrels and slides available, but there's no way in hell you'd be able to use a 226 outer barrel on a USP, if that's what you're thinking... I mean, the 226 is made by TM and the USP is made by KSC so I'm not sure what your plan would even be.

Thank you Mantelope. I know that there would be no way a p226 barrel would fit a usp. I was racingmaniac was just wondering which guns I was looking at.
