TM mags are a lot cheaper to buy, vs WA mags. You can run the TM on Propane no worries.

+ WA parts are horridly expensive / hard to find.

Scooby, I was thinking on quality wise and the most durable...in simple words, the systema's of handguns, the price of mags is not an issue, my only issue is that the guns themselves are quite expensive hence my decision to purchase one or two at the most of these suckers...
Amos, in regards to WA, are you talking about if the gun breaks down and I would be needing a certain part? or upgrading the WA's Last edited by leblanc74; December 13th, 2007 at 02:49.. |

FMU WA guns run into the thousands very fast.

Just wondering....are you expecting to get these into Canada from UNCompany? Because 2 of those are UN Custom pistols. And it would probably be very hard to find the Goldcup Cobra here, if not impossible.

I don't know how it could be...and even if you COULD get them, they all retail for at LEAST 250 U.S. which translates to what, 700 CDN, at LEAST? And anyone who pays more than 400 for a GBB is insane in my opinion. I've never seen any of those four handguns in Canada, but good luck to you. If you can get one, power to ya. The full metal TM has my vote.

For GBB is more like do you want it for combat usage or just for show? |

If you just need a GBB get a TM 5.1.
If your are not worried about money and just going on looks. I'd go for the M1911A1 http://www.uncompany.com/pageproduct...p?prodid=10970. The others have something about them that I don't like aesthetically. To tell you the truth I wouldn't any of them if I had that money. I would try to buy a pro-killer and have reworked, but that me, I like the 2011 frames. |

The WA guns are so nice and run very well on duster gas from the box. The down side is if you want more power from the gun by using propane, than you will need to upgrade to metal parts or use a restrictor. Adding metal parts to WA guns is not cheap at all, also finding replacement parts is a nightmare.
For me I would go with TM 5.1, and from there how you customize is it, is really up to you. |

Out of your choices...
Best gaming: TM5.1 by virtue of biggest mag Best power upgrade potential: TM5.1 by virtue of biggest mag Best gas efficiency/anti-cooldown: Either WA by virtue of more complex gas mechanism Best servicibility: TM5.1 by virtue of more spares both factory direct and aftermarket Best Looking: M1911 Carbon Black (read: highly subjective)

I own a 357 TM revolver that perfectly serves the purpose of being beautiful and 73% useless ingame.
it's really cheap on gas and BBs

WA is a no-go, mate. I love my SVIX, but shit, NO PARTS AVAILABLE. Everyone is sold out. And the parts that are available are almost guaranteed not to fit.
I'd go with TM purely for modularity. |
