buyairsoft.ca online checkout
Has anyone else had trouble with the checkout for this site its rejecting valid credit cards and will not proscsess via paypal.
They then ask for personal banking information, very strange is this a legitimate site? It almost seems they are collecting financial information. |

I've bought non-airsoft related stuff from them (BB & pellet guns) and had no problems. Fast shipping and great communication whenever I sent them something.
I personally wouldn't buy any of the airsoft stuff they have in stock except maybe that GBB Mac 11. At the very least for $155, it would make a good showpiece once painted.

Curiously I am then asked for my account ,transit and branch number of my bank. All of these cards tried have more than enough funds to handle the transaction. |

Maybe either there's something wrong with buyairsoft's site, or some PayPal servers are down, etc.

wow yeah, this all sounds kinda fishy. sites like paypal shouldnt be asking you to enter bank account information. there are actually a couple banks now having troubles with scaming. people are getting emails with a link to "supposedly" their bank to enter account info. it turns out that these links are to a site that people have created to look exacly like the real bank site, and there just stealing all your info. this kinda sounds like this. maybe contact paypal and ask them about all this.

More importantly has this company been around for long? |
|
December 8th, 2007, 17:47 | #15 |
theyve been around for a while, but nowhere near as long as A&A or 007. some people love their customer service, while some refuse to deal with them because of their "disuputed" quality of their guns. Their reputation is gaining, but not as high as A&A or the like.
