Question on Refunds/Returns Shipping/ Assurance.

Update on Dispute sales /refunds and shipping.

Please Do Not Repost.
Follow ups on shipping update only.

Subjects : Refunds/Returns Shipping

I bought a TM M4 S SYSTEM from jimfsch
$350 plus $35 for shipping
Total : $385

Apparently there is some issue about the AEG that was send to me.

jimfsch asked to SEND the item back to him first before he would pay me.
I refused and I explained to jimfsch that he should refund me the total before the AEG would be send out and that I would post for opinion here if he disagree.

After a lenghty PM's back and Forw, jimfsch had refunded me the amount that I had paid him for the AEG via Paypal and EMT.
I received $385 in total for the refund.

Now , He wanted me to pay for shipping return ....which would most likely cost $35 or more,
I strongly advised him that he should pay for the return shipping cost.
He paid $35.

What's in Package :

1) Replica ACOG RDS scope - used good condition
2) Replica AN-PEQ battery box/with 1 batt inside. - used / rough condition
3) Vertical folding grip - used / cutted and rough shape
4) 2pc M4 mags - used / rough shape
5) The M4 itself - used in non proper working condition.

I will provide SHIPPING INFORMATION/TRACKING NUMBER here.
This will be monitored here until the package is delivered to his doorstep.

The reason why I'm posting this , Is to assure that the package and it's contains is delivered to jimfsch as said. As he had PM'ed earlier threatening me that he would do something if something is missing in the box

CONFIRMED : jimfsch made a full refund for the AEG including return shipping.

I will shipped the PACKAGE OUT tomorrow OCT 23rd/2007 ....PENDING on $35 he paid for shipping if it's good for Xpresspost, it shall be ..if Not it will be Regular.
I will pay extra if I have to, for Signature upon receive and Insurance.

why would you have to give it back??? didnt you pay gor it? and if it was his mess up and you got a better gun well then... but you already did all that.

I beleive if you give someone negative feedback you can get it yourself. But I don't think that's the case, in the end if the seller offers a refund and pays for shipping like he is here at most it's just a neutral.

Due to the fact that he did not refund me for shipping I will be shipping it cod to him. This has been a process that was not made well even after I informed him of the situation.
I have ordered well over 30-40 guns in the time I have been playing. Not once have I had a problem. People who buy guns from me know I describe them as they are and hide nothing. In light of the events I would never purchase from him again nor recommend anyone purchase from him again.
When I brought up the problems he did not apologize nor offer any help in fixing it just replied with "What you want". He originally expected me to ship the gun back to him and then get a refund. I said no I am not at fault you refund me and give me money to ship it back. He failed to give me the money to ship it back. I even gave him the offer of letting me bring it to my gun tech to assess it and see if anything is wrong do a partial refund and see how much it would cost to fix. I noticed the motor cage moved from side to side so I wanted to make sure if it could be fixed or if the mechbox was no good. I fired only twenty rounds from the gun due to a fear of damaging it. Negative feedback will be left within the next few days.

When shipped the package will include
1x gun
1x battery
1x mini to large batt converter
1x hicap
1x low cap

I believe that is all that was included I will check when I get home.

Sorry to hear about the problems Bean and TactOps1. I hope these get resolved.

I know Jayne Finch wanted to pick up the AK that you just shipped Bean, and I'm kind of happy that he didn't. But on that note, I'm upset that something like this could happen to anyone.

Pulling a 'fast one' like this should not be tolerated.

bean has gone through the same process as I had with the seller. He wasn't looking towards having to correct the problem but choose to ignore the situation. When it came to the refund part...he did ask me to ship everything back to him via Xpresspost and only when he agree' he will then pay me the refund. I said NO' and it took a few lenghty PM's after that for him to agree to do the refund before ship. Then it comes to the exciting part " He actually Threaten me by his exact word " I will do something to you ".
As for the Shipping Cost...It was also after a lenghty PM's to get it going, because the first few times...the questions was totally ignored. It's only when I say...It's gonna be posted in General for everyones opinion ' then he agreed.
Just to make it clear, The main reason why I decided to post this here instead of PM'ing back and forw...It's because of the threat that he made.
I have shipped out all the item that it came with in the box BACK!! Therefore don't try to tell me in later time something is missing or I didn't receive the package. I shipped > SIGNATURE REQ < all item re-check before packed and box re-tape in multilayer.
When I receive the package yesterday' I had shock , the way he packed the AEG, he used duct tape but didn't secure much of some corners, the AEG could have fallen out during the process of shipment' good thing that didn't happen coz I would have another problem facing the authority!!
All said...I got my money refunded' I send the package back insured and I'm done with this seller. We all make mistake and we all learned something here...life goes on. There's always better deals elsewhere and better ASC members to dealt with

I've got a couple of GBBs coming from this same person. Tracking info says it was received at the post office on the 19th and has not had an update since. Here's hoping the "mistakes" were made with AEGs only. Stay tuned, true believers.

It seems that the sales thread with the M11 and 93R has been deleted. Good thing I saved it locally right after EMT payment was sent. This does not bode well for a happy outcome of my purchase. Anyone with any contact/location info for this joker beyond PM/Email please PM it to me. I suspect I will be needing to get in touch with the Hamilton police shortly.
