It's an inside joke from another thread.

Always a pleasure to check out a 416. I'm envious.

On of my crappy write ups

Well you guys didn’t like my last vertical foregrip and frankly you hurt my feeling saying ribbed for her pleasure and so on. So I decided to go another direction

Here my friend’s is the second version of the Rico 9 Tactical Illuminator by Lumens Factory and I think it’s fantastic!
From what I understand it’s an improved design of the Surefire 910a (flame suit on) for less than half the price. I know Surefire is the standard but Rico manage to bump the lumens and the battery life using the same power source.

Build wise the Rico is off the chart! It is a real steal accessory and it shows. The grip ergonomics are on point the paddles are intuitive same with the button for the low light LED’s as well. It just a very comfortable well thought out design.

The main light is T6061 aluminum and the grip is tensile high strength nylon composite and both feel indestructible. It locks on the your RIS via two thumb screws that feature a flat tip center lock so you don’t lose them after removing the grip. Its little things like these that really show the fore thought put into this device.

Well none of this matters if it isn’t bright and there no disappointment here! Your Airsoft buddies will be cursing you after they been temporarily blinded as you got the kill. I think 250 lumens are just about right after killing my own night vision in my testing (DOH)!

The beam is more yellow that my Phoebus LED light but the Phoebus only being 65 lumen the 250 lumen Alpha 9 is much brighter.

Thanks for all the compliments I thinks she's pretty much done bar a spring and laser setup.

well no offense to you man , your gun is the bee's knees, but, on a broader note, I think it is too bad that having people critique one's gun will make the gun owner go out and get what ever it takes to make the public like it more, case in point: you buying a new foregrip. Its happens in so many contexts these days, being accepted by responding to the publics requests, but thats the whole reason for showing off our gear- to recieve feedback, but shouldn't it take just us being pleased with our gear, to justify it, regardless of what others think?? I think we should all adopt this Idontgiveafuckism attitude. Airsoft would look shittier, but we'd all be happy!!!!

Nice bringing this back from the dead

On another note, sweet set up. Is that a tracer unit?
