Easy fix, unscrew the top screw (brass clour) slightly, you only need to unlock it really. Be very careful as there is a spring under it, remove the spring and the small brass "cup". Turn it on to it's side and you will see a small pin that you will need to punch out. Once that's done the inner barrel will slide out.

Good luck

there is a push pin on the bottem close to the brass cercle thing (the spring that pushes the barrel up).
that push pin is small and needs to be pushed out.
once that pin is removed you are going to need a pin or other small sharp object to push the brase spring casing down.
while holding the brass casing down, pull the inner barrel out(may need to give it a good tug to get it over the brass casing).
on the inner barrel you will notice a small U shaped clip/spacer(***remember which way it faces***).
on either side of that U clip/spacer there are 2 C clips(remove them).
now remove the hop-up parts and there you have it.

Necro post but I guess it save starting a new topic. C-clips can be removed by using a small flat-heat screwdriver and just prying them off the pin (use the screwdriver to push the clip so the pin comes out the opening).

From my experience, using a tanto point pocket knife works better b/c small screw drivers tend to bend and possibly break.
