HurricanE. Seriously. Talk to Jugglez, and he will guide you! Or just go to his site! www.airsoftparts.ca

(I'd stay away from guarder)

I would think 2-3 hours worth on a mill which equals $250+
which in my books equals STUPID, $250 for real steal upper reciever $250 for machine work, for a piece that won't even fit an airsoft lower reciever very well..... why waste the cash?

My thoughts exactly. If you can get a HurricanE receiver which is made (cncd/casted) with almost the exact same metals, then why bother? It's kinda dumb to spend Mucho $$ on RS parts for non-RS guns. Just my opinion though.

Are you sure he was not referring to this VLTOR body sold for airsoft?

Instead of spending $300 and the time it takes to mill it to work without knowing if it will even work. Find the cheapest/used upper and mod it, then you may know if it will even work.

-Total removal of the rear pin area is necessary because there in no tabs on a real upper. Taking all the steel off that area will mean no tabs to hold the upper down.

It make work but unless you know you could be destroying a very nice piece of hardware.

Well, I am the proud new owner of a Blackwater G&P body. It is really nice, and has done its job. And look at all the different trades you can get with them. Also, the DTP ones I hear are pretty sturdy.
