Unfortunately this situation has to involve the police, but if I can get a hold of him and he has a legitimate reason for not answering PM's, then maybe we can all move along here with a positive outcome.

He has a history of answering rudely to questions asked by people. If he tries to scam he's been on the forums long enough to have had his IP logged many times, just trace it and you can get his address and other kinds of personal information.

Yes you can call the police and say you've been defrauded of a replica weapon, it's not like there's any proof that it was purchased after 1998.

I did not buy a "replica" though, just accessories.
