What makes a good Airsoft Game?

I dunno if this has already been asked or whatnot, I couldnt find anything when I searched for it. So... What makes a good airsoft game? What do you (personally) like to see and experience at game? And What determines a bad game if ever experienced?

Just curious as to what some other people in community think.

BBs are what a REALLY good airsoft game is made of! Because if not, all we'd be doing is molesting each other's guns...

... wait, that didn't sound right.

What makes a good airsoft game, is having a good group of people to play with.

Then comes the actual game play.

Agreed the people can make or break a game, if you have people who play honestly (call their hits, don't whine) take it seriously enough and have some skill. But not so seriously as to forget in the end it's just a game and everyone is there to enjoy themselves. (not in that way you sick b@$tards)

Although I really enjoy the training and improving of skills aspect of airsoft I don't think I would play, or very rarely if the majority of people were whining and bitching the whole time,

First are the players. It has been said earlier in this thread but is worth mentioning again.

Second is good administration of a game. A disorganized mess is not much fun, but when everyone is clear on the ROE and goals of the game as set forth by the organizers, it makes it that much better.

After that? Some sneaking around in the bushes and getting involved with massive running gun battles are what makes airsoft games good.

Organization, sportsmanship and friendship. Not necessarily in that order.

Some of the best games I've played had me being absolutely outclassed, but it was all done with a laugh, a smile, and a "good game guys!" afterwards.

I know being on equal terms is always good when me and my friends were out clearsofting they got pissed when someone got something better or the game was slightly rigged for the other team. Having unique advantages is also great giving new options like more sneaking and better cover for one team and so on to the next... Just my opinion never been to a real game with more than 4 people though so I am not a great on to talk.

After players, I personally feel immersion comes next. If you can get all the props and effects to make it seem like you're REALLY there, and you're REALLY doing this for real, it just heightens every aspect of the game phenomenally.
Icing makes the cake.
