Which m14 is more accurate: TM or G&G?
I've been doing alot of research on m14s as i'm really looking to purchase one. So far, I've found reviews than praise the TM m14's ability to have good range and to be very accurate. I'm guessing this is because of the TM's good hop up system.
On the other hand, everyone says that the G&G m14 shoots 350ish, but i've never heard anyone talk about the range and accuracy of it like the TM. I know it has a different hop up system than the TM, so i'm just wondering if this causes it to not be as accurate. Any help would be appreciated. thanks |

The G&G is plagued with problems. A friend of mine has one and can't get it to shoot right. The local gun tech took one look at the gearbox and said, "I ain't touching that."
Never thought I'd say this, but stick to the TM for sure. |

I have had the pleasure to have handled both the TM and the G&G M-14. I have found both to be very good guns. However I bought the TM because I like the handling, weight, and just the tighter feel of the TM over the G&P. The auto function on the G&P cycles a little faster, but, I prefer the range and accuracy of the tm. Also the TM is very quiet, I can plink at my teammates from 20'-25' and they have no clue where it's coming from unless they can see the BB's path. The hop-up is fantastic, real precision peice there. You can feel each notch and feel it lock into place. I know how many "clicks" to adjust if I have to use a differnt weight ammo due to supply. Over all I would take the TM version hands down, I feel it is simply better in every way to the G&P version. The auto is faster cycling on the G&P, however , the TM is so accurate that you usually only need a few rounds to do the job. These are just my feelings and preceptions, chose what fits you best.

Haveing never used the G&P model I can only speak for the TM. But boy it speaks volumes. Straight out of the box you have the wow factor. then you pick it up, carefuly at first as your fingers slide to the trigger you can feel it's a perfect fit. Next you'll have to pull back the bolt. Just the sound of it racking is music to the ears. So you take out the mag and slide it back in... you'll do this a couple times cuz it just feels so sexy. Then you grab her like you've never grabed a woman befor and shoulder her and aim it down the hall letting a jut of pure white explosion into the air and sigh with relief as each individual pelet smacks into the target. Every one exactly where you had meant it to be. She's not too heavy she's just right. Good Charleen!
Then your girfriend comes along and smacks you on the back of the head cuz you haven't looked at her like that in three years! Take her out on the field and watch em fall. you'll be unstopable hahahhahahhahahahahhaha. ahem.. Yes sir I LIKE IT

Seriously dude, TM FTW. I used to own one. I never got more kills with any gun than with that.

I've had the TM for a few months now, and let me say, there is nothing like putting .25's between fence boards at 50m+....its pure sex..

Hello to everyone!
Just would like to share info re.TM M14 vs G&G M14(My opinion and experience), as subject in terms of Accuracy- stock that is.. TM M14 has better accuracy compared to G&G M14, Why? 1)TM has Better hop up system but G&G is not far behind. G&G has better power potential using same spring compared to TM because G&G system has better fitting on the hop-up system and the nozzle. TM M14 is quality make per production, G&G still has to cover some few minor glitches in terms of quality i.e. first production of G&G M14 got some minor problems but G&G was fast enough to address this mistake. During the process of this changes G&G were able to Produce this amazing gun- Soc16 in term of accuracy this dont log behind the two long versions of M14 but the power when upgraded is somtehing to take notice, using small spring resulting in higher fps compared to other aeg is just simply awesome!!! |

The G&G is more for collectors. It has a really nice finish. The internals are really neat and organized but G&G doesn't really don't know how to put a good gearbox together.
Get a TM if you're going to skirm with it. Get a G&G if you want to oggle. I can't stress enough how pretty G&G's are. |
