BlackHawk D.O.A.V System
Please forgive me if I put this in the wrong area. What I would like to know is if it is possable to dye the tan version of the BlackHawk D.O.A.V System od? I like the set up of the rig and feel if would be perfect but I would like it to be od. I feel that od rigs go with a heck of a lot more type of camo that the colors offered. Has anyone tryed something similar? what were the results? what specfic type of dye was used? what was the procedure use for best results? Also where would be my best be for finding the chest rig cheap?( e-bay, on-line retailer, player boards....ect) any constructive advice would be great. Thanks for your time

I wouldint bother trying to dye it. Grab some OD paint and just spray on a few layers. That way you won't risk fucking it up if you dye it and once it fades it will blend with the tan and create its own sort of camo pattern because its never a complete covering. Or you could just buy the OD version if you don't have either yet. its really not worth the time/effort to dye it. Spray paint should work fine.
