G36C will allow you for a lot more versatility in the future. It comes with rails pre-installed for mounting optics and other accesories (with the option of two additional side rails on the fore-grip at low cost, although if you get the CA version they come pre-installed). The folding stock makes it versatile for woodlands and CQB battles. Also, if you ever find that you desire a longer barrel for more accuracy there's the conversion kits from STAR to make it a full size G36, or a G36K. The only real upside to the beta-spetz is the large battery, but if that's a huge selling point for you there's always the aftermarket large foregrips for the G36C which allow you to use a large battery. The other thing to consider is mags, but since neither use M16 or Mp5 or any other common magazine the fact is that you'll have a fun time getting proper tac-gear anyways.
I own and use 2 TM G36Cs and I love them. I have used a Beta-Spetz for a day and while it's nice in my opinion the G36C is much nicer.

Yep , depends on the type of guy you are. Show-off or intelligent. Just kidding , both are great guns and you can convert both in awesome looking and performing guns

Man I love both, but it all boiled down to the G36c cause it can fit SOO many accesories.

An AK just isnt an AK without the tangy zip of...wood furniture.
You cant go wrong with a TM G36c, a bunch of my team mates are all making the switch to G36's, they are all going with the TM G36c but I picked up a CA G36 full sized because I already have two small guns and wanted something with more accuracy. I am wanting a CA full wood and steel AK-47 next though, to me an AK just isnt right without the black steel reciever and hardwood furniture but thats just me. |

There is nothing wrong with the Spetz. It is short, handy, large battery, durable and well built.
It has a rail to add gizmos later. It is comparable in size and range to an M4, but has a far better mechbox setup thatn the M4's. The G36 is a newer gun, and if you want a large battery you must spend more money in changes to the gun. The G36 has far more promise for cosmetic and other add-ons, true enough. However, folks who like the AK series dont tend to put lots of external stuff on them. How about you go to a game and ask to try both guns when you see them? Then decide. |

Don't buy a TM G36. Again, as usual.....there is something better and worth your money.
I own the CA G36C and you generally get more with it. Plus the build material! I briefly had a TM one a while ago but like all TM stuff, it felt like a plastic toy. I had a chance to compare the TM and my CA one at a recent game and wow! what a difference in build quality. The TM looks and feels like something you'd buy at CT dare I say. Now the CA....glass-fibre; it actually has the same shade as the real one, it's much stronger, feels damn solid, shoots harder, faster, has various upgrade parts and is just......BETTER. Again in short: As with most guns you can't necessarily go wrong with a TM one but you can usually always go athousand times better for little if not no more. Be smart. |
