The rifle is a Troy Industries M14 SOPMOD. And I'm really not in the mood to find out the rest for you. :P

Judging from the trailer they wear Tan or Coyote CIRAS vests and carry M4's with tan furniture's.

Are the back pouches usually for like flashbangs and stuff. Because when they assemble in a stick the second guy tosses it?

Yanchan, yes. Having flashbangs mounted that way helps a lot in a stack.

I saw that video, i wonder why they would use a black jacket, instead of a total tan BDU. Interesting set up.

The shoulder straps, but the give away is the extended molle straps underneath his arms that extend around the waist. A wesstach has just a strap.

The gear seem very straight forward and simple.
Should not be hard to find similar stuff at all.

hahaha....I am a HUGE fan of the MGS series. I didn't read a response as to why they have such "wacky" camo so I figured I'd give my $0.02. PMCs (or Private Military Companies) can't wear issued camo since it would make it impossible to distinguish enlisted military men. Some of my friends work for PMCs and use outdated camo that is no longer in use but it seems that many of them prefer solid colors like coyote or od. I am unsure as to whether or not Multicam is allowed since I have heard that some special forces units use Multicam...

Bringing this one back up, check out the new MGS4 trailers from E3:
Regular Def High Def Interesting. The PMCs were packing M4s in the first few trailers, now SCAR-Hs. And the Foxhound team using XM8s'...
