Hot Wheels Radar Gun

Dunno if this will work for the size of our BB's, but for the price, it might be worth a try. Might be a cheaper alternative to a chrono. I might pick one up just to test. I wanna use it to check my speed when longboarding! |

I'll take a guess the pop can method would be as accurate.
But, do let's know how well it works (or doesn't)!

nice find!
It's showing up on a police radar countermeasures forum: http://www.radardetector.net/viewtop...r=asc&start=60 On the last page, someone reports working results to 50' clocking cars. Looks like the device has poor frequency consistency so it doesn't reliably trigger high end radar detectors. I gotta buy one for my box of measuring tools now.

If anyone can find one here in Canada, let me know cuz I can't find it anywhere online up here I'd check Walmart, but it's pretty far from where I live. Maybe The Bay will have it.
