HFC m190 Slide problem
Hi guys, I am new to airsoft, so be patient.
I'll try to be as clear as possible. What happens is that when the slide blows back or if I pull it back, the hammer sort puts pressure on the slide. So what happens is the slide does not glide forward. If I hold down the hammer, the slider slides with no problem. Thing is the slide worked fine the first day, don't get why its doing this now. BTW, the gun is ABS and metal. Don't tell me to lub the slide, cuz it is. All the lub in the world would not fix this. Any sugestions would be appreciated. Thx! |

Have this moved to the Doctor's Corner (where problems are discussed). Read about GBB gun care (also in these forums). Go meet a local expert (Gun Doctor).

If you know what goes where, you could open it (CAREFULLY, you don't want to make the parts fall everywhere. Put it lying on its right, and carefully lift the side off). Any other questions, I'd be glad to help- I only opened mine yesterday. |

Have you opened up the gun or removed anything? Did any modifcations? If so list them all it would help out alot to find a solution for you.

No I did not modify the gun. Its pretty much still new. As far as opening up the gun goes, well I only did basic disassembly.
I brought my gun to throgg, one of local gunsmiths recommended by AC. He thinks it is rail that holds the slide to rail mount that needs some tweeking. I will get it back today or tomorrow and I will let you know what it was. Thanks for the help though. |

Ok, so for anyone whop wanted to know what the problem turned out be...
Well it was indeed the slide rail wich needed to be closed up a little to hold on the gun rail. That fixed the problem, thx to Throgg! |
