Super tight mag pouches.
Hey all.
I just bought a Cadpat Tac Vest that fits 2 mags in each pouch. I currently have all the pouches filled up with 2 mags each but they are SUPER tight to fit in and out. Will these eventually loosen up? (first vest ive had) Any tips on loosening?

It would help to know what vest you're talking about but I would say probably not though.

What type of vest and what type of mag? Those two things will greatly help.

TM m4 mags are wider than the real steel ones, which is probably the root of your problem.
And your best bet at stretching out the pouches are to just leave the mags in there for a week or two.

They'll eventually conform to the mags. Leave them in until game day.

yah, what they said. In time the will stretch a bit. Wouldn't hurt to repeatedly remove and replace the mags say while your watching TV or something. You could even go as far as adding something else like cardstock or thin plastic to make it even tighter while it's being stored so as to accelerate the proccess.
Good Luck,

Misting a little water, repeatedly as it dries up, from a spritzer bottle will help speed things up as nylon does indeed absorb water.
Kind Regards Brian
