Be aware that these lasers are very dangerous to your eyes, and fellow player's. They are 5mw up to 15mw, wich is A LOT. (standard red laser are 1 mw)

We recently banned lasers in game in Québec, they where already banned in Ontario. Those lasers are the reason why we banned them here.

You can find a couple for cheap on ASC sale section from people that can no longer play with it.

the picture is a brons 10mw laser, apperantly 50X more powerful than a conventional red laser. i bought the egsact same one off redhawksix in the accessories for sale forums for $140.
honestly a green laser is just for looks. that particular laser has a visibal beam for up to 5km. w/ using it all a person needs to do is follow the beam back to its source. a red laser is much more practical. but its cool none the less.

There are 1mw and 3mw versions of the Green Laser, you just need to search harder to find them. I found one of each for sale here on ASC several months ago and snagged them up.

Fox_111 - I was recently at a game here in Ontario, and there was several players using lasers. Mind you they were senior members who I even reconized and know how to control their shots and only use them on large mass body shots.

Unless you go for an IR laser, they will all have visible beams in some weather conditions.

Some are extremely dangerous to the eyes, and worse if you have some forms of eye problems.
The type of damage they can cause is permanent. That goes above and beyond what makes sense for a game.

By the way, the dangers come straight from a military engineer who specializes in lasers and optics where I work; there is no safe laser for the eyes on the market. He was shocked at the question, thought I was insane to even think it.
I'll take the word of an expert and follow it.

Over here, we chose to ban them all because it's hard to enforce who can use them and what type... I tried to find a solution to still allow some of the lower wattage lasers, but from experiences, even experienced people will shine it in other players eyes by accident. I'v been "lazed" in the eye by a 30mw green laser, and It's really not pleasent. I think I have a little blind spot in my left eye now. Sure thing is, I lost complete vision for over 30 seconds, and was color blind for a couple minutes after the exposure.

It's safer to ban them all. Trust me.

Who the hell puts a laser on their gun of ANY type that exceeds 5 mW? Sounds like it's not the laser that needs banninating.

FWIW I've got video of a 50 mW green laser burning through a strip of electrical tape from a couple feet away. Green is much brighter to the receptors in your eye so even a low-powered device will blind you more easily than a red one. Luckily around here most people don't bother with lasers even though we permit them.

Is there any way to get a filter to put on your goggles so you can see an IR laser during the day? Or are they just for night vision?
