M4 Motor Question

Bear with me here.
I have a TM m4, and I am missing a piece.
Said piece is a small piece, that fits between the plate at the bottom of the handgrip, and the motor.
Its the piece that tightens your motor, and you use a small alan key in the bottom of the hand grip to tighten it and push said piece farther into a small circular metal part on the bottom of the motor.

Now if anyone followed that and has any idea what the hell I am talking about, do you have any clue what that piece is called, and/or possibly where to find one?
I hope that made sense, and if it has been posted before, I apologize. I was'/t exactly sure what the search string should be.

Some people call it a motor adjustment plate. If you lost it, a replacement doesn't necessarily have to be exact. I cut up a dime and used it once.

You say you lost it... Have you checked the motor itself? Since it's magnetic, it'll stick to the side. If you lost it down the hole in the grip into the gun itself, you're going to have to get it out before you try the gun again.

Yes, this sophisticated piece of hardware is nearly impossible to replace. I have an extra one, $40 + $10 shipping if you’re interested. No, but seriously, as harleyb said, just cut a piece of metal off some sheet metal or something…it takes like 2 seconds.

Get one of those metal thumb tacks and break off the sharp part that goes in the wall and use that.
